This breakout space had a tiny kitchen, an underutilised space for staff to gather and was in a general state of disrepair.
Another project where we had to comply with strict Heritage requirements with many of the existing services being undocumented.
We undertook investigation works into plumbing feeds, demolished the existing kitchen, walls and flooring and installed a beautiful, up to the date kitchen and breakout space with bespoke joinery, stone benchtops, banquette seating and new flooring.
The space is now heavily utilised and enjoyed by all and the concept and finishes have been a benchmark for subsequent works
