


Brief was to design and construct a boardroom for their new tenancy.
After a consultation with the client and agreeing on a brief, Axess designed a new boardroom for CSG.
This involved obtaining a building permit based on the scope of works, liaison with the Building Management to ensure scope of works was within lease agreements and to ensure other parties were not inconvenienced by the project.
Axess removed the existing workstations, redesigned them and then reconfigured them back into the space.
The air conditioning was modified to suit the new layout of the workspace. All relevant electrical works were modified and the data input/output connections were installed to suit the new office layout and placement of the workstations.
In accordance with approved building practice the safety and fire services were amended to comply with the law.
The companies branding was replaced and window graphics were applied to complete the refurbishment.
